Lawndale Apartments are where you live when you are just getting by. Starving artists and a lot of college students take up here. The rent is cheap but don't count on someone fixing that leaky pipe anytime soon.

Sundown Trailer Park is most definitely the wrong side of the tracks in town. With the ritz up the hill and the park at the bottom they could be in different universes.
